  How much did you take? I've seen so many current recommendations, typically double the dosage on the bottle or more

  I took it while I was pumping for my son and I honestly never saw an increase I'm my supply. The only thing that boosted my supply was taking Reglan.

  Where can I find fenugreek? It takes me forever and a day to pump my daughter at least 5 ounces.

  I found it at Wal-Mart and the pharmacist said it was the right stuff. About $5 for a hundred capsules. I don't think I've heard of reglan, what is it and where do you get it djoliet?

  It has to be prescribed. I've heard Domperidone works even better than Reglan but you can't get it in the US. I'VE known a few mom's who have bought it online from Canada

  I got a prescription for Domperidone from my midwife and was able to order it online (sent a copy of my rx). It took 2 weeks to get it. I just started yesterday so I don't know if it will work yet but I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

  I've heard general stomach upset and diarrhea can be a side effect until you're body gets used to it
