Just heard Blue Bell has recalled ALL of their products due to listeria! :(

    ALL! Straight up all? Wow. Someone really mucked up there. I almost bought some ice cream today, too. Probably not blue bell (I don't think they even sell it here?) but some kind of ice cream.

    I used to get Blue Bell when we were in the South. If we still lived there I bet I'd have some in my fridge and have eaten some already.

    I read this earlier, AFTER I bought like $20 worth of Blue Bell products yesterday. I was so excited to see it back in the freezer case yesterday, I went crazy. Now, another recall. Boo! :((

    Yes! In the article I read, it said to return to store where you purchased it. I was so looking forward to my cookies n' cream. ;)

    Ya I read this after downing a pint last Sunday... Awesome... No listeria symptoms yet... Haha we shall see. I've never purchased blue bell before I sent hubs to the store for ice cream and that's what he got me. I blame him!!!

    I think in another post, someone said listeria symptoms show up within 24 hrs. If you are worried, call your doc/nurse and make them aware. I'd anticipate a "you're okay unless you see this symptom" response.

    I ate some back in February, so I was nervous for a minute. Then I figured we'd know by now. My coworkers husband worked in healthcare for a while and saw 2 people with listeria. He said you'd know if you had it. Luckily we don't usually keep ice cream, but I've stopped at Marble Slab several times.

    I ate it too!! Doc didn't seem concerned but symptoms can show up anywhere from 2-60 days..there's really nothing to be done unles symptoms develop. So just watchful waiting until delivery I guess.
