Sometimes when i lay down and pay close attention to it, it seriously feels like someone is making pop corn in my tummy! My tummy rumbles like i am hungry even after ive already eaten. It is hard to explain. I am FTM, is this the baby? I am 16+5.

That definitely sounds like it could be the baby. I sometimes feel it like a fish flopping in there or something!
