  Thank goodness I am not the only one! It took forever to fall asleep last night and then I tossed and turned and then woke up super early. I tried Tylenol and it kind of helped....do any of y'all have suggestions on easing the pain?

  Yes. I dont get it every day thankfully but i do get it at least a few times a week. I use a heating pad and it works wonders!

  Mine kept me up too. It's awful! Pregnancy is making me so tired but then when I try to sleep I can't!

  Yes!! Mine is near my butt and it was so horrible I looked up stretches to relieve it. Oddly enough it's nowhere near what is felt like yesterday.

  My sister suggested heating pad, helps a little bit but I don't turn it on too high or long, just being careful

  I have found that a warm bath has been helping. I used our instant read meat thermometer to make sure the temperature was at 100 degrees or less. I'm just hoping it lets up and doesn't hurt the whole pregnancy!

  I told my husband I might pull out the pregnancy pillow already.  I know he was thrilled  It helps align your hips and helped me to cut down on back pain last time.  Hoping it helps as much this time!

  Ok ladies I have a question for you. I am 6 weeks 3 says pregnant. I really don't have back pain a more hip pain from progesterone shots. However I had back surgery almost 5 years ago. Any suggestions to help with the soon to come back pain. My surgeon has already told I could give birth however I want.
