I pretty much look fat until around 22-24 weeks. I have a super long torso and am pretty slim/toned so when I'm pregnant the entire first half of pregnancy just looks like I ate too many cheeseburgers! Truthfully I hate this stage of inbetween bump/bloat...it feels like forever to finally get my bump.
I was about 6 months before I was obviously pregnant. I carried well because I have a long torso, so I never really got that big. I was 38 weeks pregnant when a doctor I see weekly at work noticed I was pregnant (I do wear scrubs so it could be hidden for a little while). He said, "oh, you're pregnant! When are you due?". I was like, "2 weeks". It was soo funny to me!

My first I started showing around 16-18 weeks. With my second it was around 14-15 weeks. This time around I'm showing at 13 weeks! Part of me can't believe how early it is!
I think I just popped this week (I'm 12+6). I was on the train last night and there were no seats left. A stranger came up to me and said he was going to go find me a seat. At first I didn't understand why, but then he said you're pregnant right? So I guess it's obvious! I was a size 2 pre-pregnancy so I guess I'm showing quickly. This is my first.
With my first I was 14 weeks and with this one 11-12 weeks! Popped out and looked instantly 4 months pregnant. Not many months between pregnancies though.
Im 11 weeks and 5 days and I noticed my little bump this week. Im typically a size 2 with a flat muscular stomach because I workout a lot so I think the contrast looks more obvious. It's tiny but really obvious to those who have seen me in tighter clothes before. To others, it just looks like I have a little weight in the middle or ate like 3 burritos
I was 13 weeks closer to 14 when I started showing. I have long legs, but a shorter torso so I have a little bump. My husband and I can tell that it is a bump, but other people have been saying I don't look pregnant.
I'm 14 weeks now and have started to get a lot of comments (from both people I know and strangers), so I guess I must be showing. Although I'm still not convinced that I'm not just bloated.
12 weeks with #2 here and I feel like I started showing around 7 weeks! It turned out to be bloat and went away for a couple weeks but now it's back. I'm trying to hide it at work but I don't think anyone is fooled- I keep catching people looking at my midsection
With my first pregnancy I was about 18 weeks before I was noticeably pregnancy, with this pregnancy id say this week the belly really started to show !! 14 weeks 1 day (: !!
Am I crazy? I'm 14 weeks now. But I swear I've been able to tell since like week 9 or 10. This is my first pregnancy but I'm like five feet tall... But seeing all of your numbers makes me feel like I'm nuts.
My stomach got much higher and bigger/rounder at 10 weeks I'm now 12 weeks and people have actually been commenting on my bump as I look about 6 months pregnant already )
This was me at 23w3d with DD. I thought I had popped between 16-18 weeks, but I really just kept getting thicker. By 25 weeks, my belly looked a lot rounder (finally!). I don't know if it's because I do core all the time or if I just have a spacious torso, but I think I'm headed this way again!

If you see my post above, I am the same way! I'll be in this stage through the end of the school year, so finding professional clothes that fit right is a bit of a challenge. I go for flow-y tops over form fitting tops this time around.
I am 15wks and 2days and I thought that I had popped, but apparently I am the only one that thinks so. lol I am definitely larger in the middle section and I have a belly bulge that wasn't there before.......FTM here in others words, clueless!!
People started noticing I was pregnant around 8 weeks. Of course, it was bloating then that made it so obvious. At almost 13 weeks the bloat has receded and I feel as if I'm getting a small baby bump.
I'm 16 weeks now and feel like I look noticeable. Everyone who says they didn't show until 5-6 months.. Wow!!! I'm athletic, have a fit stomach, kind of a short torso.. So maybe it's more noticeable bc I'm usually flat? I'm still not completely comfortable with it yet. I find myself trying to hide it
So glad to hear others popped early too! I started to show around 12-13 weeks. Im short and curvy and had a lil belly before, to go on top of my bump... I was checking out at old navy yesterday and the nosy clerk asked when I was due... When I said october she couldn't hide her shock over the fact that I was already showing. Then proceeded to ask if it was my second since I was showing soon... Then proceeded to tell me she didn't show til 6-7 months. Before she could ask. I said "no it's not twins." She said "I hope I didn't offend you." How could I not have been offended. As someone who works in clothing retail, she should understand every woman's body is different!! Rant over... Had to get that out!
@Lhesseydvm, that's a horrible experience for any woman. It sounds like maybe the sales associate is in need of some support for how to speak to customers
I always get a little nervous talking to pregnant women who I don't know well because I don't know their experience with pregnancy. For instance, with DD, I didn't show early and I began being self conscious about how my baby was growing. Whenever someone would be shocked at my lack of baby bump, I'd go home and cry to DH because I thought my baby's growth was stunted or something. It was the strangest feeling that I'm sure was made worse by the hormones. I have a longer torso and just don't show a bump like other women do. My SIL is the opposite and has an adorable bump really early compared to many women. I think commenting on a pregnant woman's bump size regardless of large or small is a dangerous proposition! The best bet is to comment on their smile, their style, or ask something about baby plans or excitement.
