breast feeding & implants

38 weeks pregnant, c section scheduled for Tuesday and NO sign of breast milk / colostrum. I have breast implants and wondering if I'm even going to be able to breastfeed? Doctor says it shouldn't be a problem but I'm worried.

    I got mine a Lil over a yr ago and my doc (plastic surgeon ) told me it could be a small chance I won't be able to but I've been leaking since I was 30w. I'm pretty sure you'll milk will eventually come in.

    Not every pendent women leaks during pregnancy I didn't and my baby girl is 10 days old and I just started leaking when she is not nursing are you drinking enough water that will always help too
