BP and Non-Stress Test This Morning

Had a little bit of an adventure this morning. Went in for my 37 week appt and my blood pressure was elevated to 162/100. Not sure exactly what that means other than it was high but not scary high. So they sent me up to the hospital for a non-stress test. Took another urine sample, some bloodwork, and hooked me up to the monitors and blood pressure cuff. 2.5 hours later (they forgot about me while doing a c-section) everything is normal and all tests came back negative. Other than DH missing some work no damage done. Baby is looking awesome and was doing flips for the nurses. Lol Fun times!

    This has been us for over the last week. I'm going for my 3rd non-stress test and blood pressure panel in a week today. Tests are coming back just on the high side of normal so they just want to watch.

    Sitting at my second one right now! Mine are the same. I am on the high side of normal or just above. They diagnosed me with a mild case of pre-eclampsia. Waiting to hear back on my second test results.

    In the same boat. I spent last weekend in the hospital and now I get to do twice weekly non stress tests and weekly doctors visits. Good luck keeping your baby cooking.
