mucus plug

Im 37 weeks and 4 days and everytime i go to the bathroom and wipe it's in my toilet paper.....and after that cramps immediately started....this is my second and when the plug came out f Ooo r my two year old i had him the next morning (within 12 hours) so im lost on what i should expect with this one

    TOtally varies. Could be soon, but it could re-grow and you go til your due date or later! Totally unreliable, unfortunately. My friend lost hers at 35 weeks and had her baby on her due date.

    I think I'm losing mine - what have others looked like? Mine doesn't have any blood tinge, but is definitely different than normal discharge.

    Rule of thumb, with or without blood it looks like you blew your nose into tissue.

    Mine isnt either but it is cloudy...and really stringy and i can't stop wiping its gross

    2 weeks straight ive been 2 centimeters my appointment is monday so hopeful things have progressed ill be 38 weeks and 2 days by then....i just wish i didnt have to wipe every 30 min
