Scared Crapless!!! Need advice...

I've been having lower adomanal pains in my stomach. Sometimes it hurts to walk, this has been going on for two days now. I also haven't been feeling the kicks. Am i being paranoid or should i just wait it out? I'm scared because i had a still born on DEC. 25. 2013 and every step with this pregnancy makes me nervous.
