Heartburn is going to kill me!!!

Oh my goodness, the last few days I have heartburn that feels like I'm being stabbed in the chest. :( and suggestions for relief?

Also feels like my legs are going to fall off, because my hips are spreading so much. :(

    My OB gave me the happy news Monday I could take liquid Gavascon.  Mana from heaven.  I wasn't even half a mile away after swigging some in my car in the drugstore parking lot and it was allllllllll better.

    Edit:  That being said, you should double check online or with your doctor too, in case the American version has weird ingredients in it.  I'm discovering American versions of the same products are not always the same, like baby formula.
