  I waxed my entire pregnancy.  I didn't find any change in pain level.

  It's all safe, but your skin may be more sensitive. And I'm not sure how common this is, but I posted on a message board years ago with a woman who got her upper lip and eyebrows waxed and then later had issues with melasma and had dark pigmented areas pop up where she was waxed.
