Is it bad to take all your vitamins before bed? I take prenatals, magnesium, vitamin D, EPO, and one other prescription all before bed? It's the only way I remember to take them but it's a total of 13 pills!
I don't take that many. Just my iron supplement and my prenatal and I asked my doc about taking it before bed, she said it wasn't a big deal. With that many I'm not 100% sure.? I'd ask your doc just to see what they have to say about it. If it doesn't seem to be affecting your sleep I can't see it being a problem, but don't quote me lol
I was doing the same thing, but had a consult with a trusted doc and she said to split the iron and prenatal up. I didn't know, but the calcium and magnesium in your prenatal actually neutralizes the effect of your iron. I started taking prenatals at lunch and iron at night and have totally noticed a difference in energy!
Anyone else totally bad about taking vitamins at all? I didn't take any with my first, and have finished only one bottle this entire pregnancy. I just try to eat well and get plenty of sleep and fresh air.
That's exactly what I do minus the iron, and it's fine. I've heard it can affect sleep, but if it's not doing that for you, nbd! I can just not remember in the morning!
