very sharp pains around my waist.

I went to the Dr today and told her when the baby moves it hurts. And she said he just getting ready. But tonight it has got worse and now Idk if his movement is the cause. I feel this horrible sharp pain around my waist (all the way around). I can feel it in my vagina and butt as well. It only last a few seconds and comes back. =/ I'm so ready for this baby to come out.
