I'm thankful for my June-ies who had me dying laughing over various things last night! I was having a blast! Thanks ladies! (I'm sure I've got more thankful stuff but I haven't started my day official yet so its not up front and center what I am thankful for)
I agree I'm thankful for the June MEAN mommas who legit had me crying with laughter last night (and this morning as I continued to update my husband of the saga during our commute)
I'm thankful for cats (and cat ladies)
I'm thankful for chicks who can't take criticism or jokes for making me feel like a well-adjusted human being.
I'm thankful for my puppy, Luna, who (despite urinating in inappropriate spot in my home) is not a rambo doggie.
I'm thankful for my iced caramel macchiato + blueberry scone on this beautiful Thursday.
I'm thankful my mom was able to come for a visit and share about her pregnancies and births. Her longest of 4 labors from first contraction to birth was only 6 hours, and she didn't have pain meds for any of us! I know it won't necessarily be the same for me, but I hope I go towards that direction.
Really thankful I'm on spring break this week!
Thankful we were able to get a new dishwasher, because the old one was so bad it wasn't even worth using.
DH and I are doing the first of two hospital tours tonight, and I am really excited!
Also, his father and step-mother arrive tomorrow for a visit. I get to take the day off work to go pick them up from the airport and get them settled in. In the past, my work schedule has always given them the short end of the stick, so I am glad to be able to show them I do really value our relationship (which they know, but it always feels crappy to miss out on time with them when I have to work, etc.) Also my FIL is the greatest cook and this weekend, we are taking him to a local market and then he will come home and make us dinner. It's going to be an awesome week!
I'm thankful I'm off tomorrow to relax for my shower on Sat.
I'm thankful I just met with the anesthesiologist at the hospital and confirmed they will give me an epidural (I have a nerve issue and was worried they'd say no).
I'm thankful my MIL is offering to put us up in a hotel after the shower so DH does not need to drive 5 hours in one day. I feel like we don't have time for a night away but probably could use it.
Lastly I'm thankful at how much I've laughed the past 2 days at the J15 board!
Here's my cat, looking incredulously at the "cats" thread...
I'm thankful for my wonderful friends who moved my baby shower to the hospital so I can have company and something to look forward to. Also thankful for the hospital volunteers who bring their dogs in for pet therapy. I get to pet the dogs and have company for a while - it's great! (Being away from my 3 fur babies is the hardest part of hospital bed rest.)
I'm thankful for the person who invented Honeybuns! As I'm eating this delicious carb filled yummy thing right now.
Also, I'm extremely thankful for my two older sisters. They've been so amazing to me this entire pregnancy even though they're on the other side of the country.
Thankful that tax season is OVER and DH has a few days off to celebrate the return of his normal life. He plans to do this by sleeping, drinking beer, and playing video games - living the dream haha
Thankful for the board and how fun and connected it makes me feel to my pregnancy! Also that we were able to get a new car this week. Also obligatory smooshy cat photo. #teamrambocat !
Thankful that I get to see my immediate family that all lives 5 hrs away Saturday at my shower. Also thankful for my husband who brings me cupcakes, ice packs, heating pads. And anything I need at the moment to get through this!
I'm thankful for my wonderful husband with our 5 year anniversary tomorrow! Yay for April anniversaries. I'm thankful for my awesome doggie, I'm also thankful for free shipping at target lol. And that you ladies have a good sense of humor about the crazies. Makes me feel way more well adjusted lol.
I'm thankful that my fiancé got hired at an awesome tech start-up today! He must feel so great about himself and this new job means fabulous things for our little family! I'm so happy for him.
I'm also thankful for my ultrasound today. I got to see my baby girl in 3D!! It was so cool.
Last but not least, I'm thankful for my fur babies, Helen and Charlie. I love them so much and they bring me so much happiness. I love being their mom.
I'm thankful for the moisture we're receiving the next couple of days, evening it is in the form of heavy wet snow.
I'm also thankful for my June 15 ladies. It's nice to feel connected to a group where we can commiserate and celebrate our pits and peaks. You also make me laugh (and eye roll on occasion).
Lastly, I'm super thankful for a ladies night out tonight. It's much needed girl time and good food.
I am thankful for my brother who's birthday is today. We may not always see eye to eye but at the end of the day, I'm happy he's my brother. I'm thankful that today is my Friday and that I will be seeing my first OB tomorrow instead of my NP. It really makes me realize how close we are getting to D day. Also, thankful that we will be finding out if LO has CF this Monday at my high risk U/S nervous but also excited to see our baby and to know what to expect. Thankful for my best friend's step dad who will be putting together LO's dresser for me later today because DH and I epically suck at being handymen. And lastly, I am thankful for you ladies and all of the great laughs I have had since joining.
I'm thankful for sleeping in and naps that I can take whenever I want. I've always liked to keep busy and be productive but this down time has been really good for me.
I'm also thankful for awesome online classes and webinars. It's a great feeling to take a class because I want to and not because I have to.
Thankful for the board and how fun and connected it makes me feel to my pregnancy! Also that we were able to get a new car this week. Also obligatory smooshy cat photo. #teamrambocat !
Ooh what type of car? We are trying to get a Honda CRV nailed down this weekend. Plenty of room for baby crap without being too parental feeling
im thankful for my bed. is really comfy and we just bought a new comforter for it. im also thankful that the dress ill be wearing to a wedding DH is in the party for still fits (hoping it stays that way as its in the middle of may) that i can still lay on my stomach for the most part (only need to prop my one leg forwards a little, like a flamingo) and im thankful for people who can actually get their points across when they argue/try to discuss things.
and the entertainment you all provide. may not totally feel like i belong, but eh, oh well.

Sooo jealous you can lay on your tummy! I forgot about my belly last night and was so disappointed. Haha!
I'm thankful that my family is fighting over who gets to buy what for the baby...so entertaining! And he is already so spoiled. I am so blessed to have so much support!
I'm thankful for my granny. She's a pain sometimes but she always makes up for the things my moms misses. Even as an adult she makes sure I'm ok. She's the only person that even checks on me and she's just great!

You're amazing and totally belong!! You have balls of steel keeping your composure and being the definition of a classy momma. Screw anyone else who says any differently. You're badass and I'm gad you're a June lady

Hey now everyone belongs...unless you love the cats you hate or you hate your husband that does treat you good except when he doesn't
My phone would only let me tag you at the dipole that ??? Strange
Firstly that my dad and grandma are okay after overnight stays in the hospital (unrelated reasons).
And secondly thankful that DH and I have found a really good groove in our communication.
Bring on these last 9 weeks!!
