Breastfeeding

I started out breastfeeding and when I went home from the hospital the midwife wanted me to take iron pills. I started them and later that day my baby acted like she didn't like my milk and I tried again with it in a bottle and she tried it then refused it and got sick. Could the iron pills make my milk taste bad?

I suppose it's possible. I would talk to your midwife!
