Affordable shower invitation suggestions?

i am looking for some good deals on baby shower invitations. If you know of a good company or etsy seller, let me know! Thanks!

    For DD1 we picked some from Walmart, they had a lot of cute cards. If your Walmart has the photo center sometimes you can make your own cards. It has a template and you pick some photos to add. I like minted too, but have never ordered from them, their price kinda varies too.

    They have cute free downloads that you can get printed at Staples or somewhere.

    Target has some really cute fill in the blank ones. We got my best friends on clearence for like $4 a box, each box contained I think 15 or 25 invitations.

    I have over 50 invitations and I don't want to do fill in the blank cards! I did that for my bridal shower and it was a pain. Also, the printed orders are much cuter and stylish!

    Etsy does sell digital prints for about $10-$15, but you have to buy the envelopes separately, correct?

    Check Groupon etc. they usually have deals on cards. I've gotten Groupons to Photo Affections, Zazzle etc and I use those for invitations and announcements for a fraction of the cost.

    This idea may not be for everyone...BUT

    I was throwing a bridal shower for my best friend and was really REALLY in a pinch.  I found a site that lets you build an invitation to see what it looks like before you order...then I enlarged the screen, took a screenshot and then printed them on matte photo paper at walgreens for like 10cents a copy.  

    SUPER CHEAP way to go...but just an idea if you're looking to do something like that.

    I used VistaPrint for a shower a few years ago and they turned out good, were decently priced. My MIL is doing invites for my baby shower and is going through a girl on Etsy, where you buy her PDF design and print them out yourself. She said they were cheap but she didn't give me an exact number.

    Etsy has digital downloads for 10-15 bucks and you can print your own. . However many you want. That's what i plan to do!

    Why are you doing your own invitations.  Let your hostess handle this.

    That's what we're doing too, my MIL went with these ones and I love them!

    We used Tiny Prints. For 60-70 invites it was $60ish. I had a 20% off coupon I got in a package of baby coupons. For as cute as they are, I'm happy with the price--- and no fill in the blank!

    I design my own invites in word, they have free templates if you need a starting point, then I print at staples on card stock. Super Cheap way to go.

    You can also do business card magnets. These are great if you're sending invitations well ahead of time because people will keep them on the fridge and will be reminded of the party. Also it's super cute because people tend to keep them long after the event (we did this for our save the dates). Because they aren't specifically marketed for baby showers/weddings they tend to be cheaper. You can pick the design, words, and even add pictures for some. 50 for about ten bucks.

    Yes groupon @thinkpink101 I just bought one for zazzle and did invitations for my husband's 30th surprise birthday party. They turned out great and had super fast shipping. Many templates to choose from and easy to customize. I paid around $22 for 50 invitations and envelopes but they sent me closer to 70 invitations.

    Use zazzle. There's always a sale, like 50% off invitations. You can also get a deal through groupon for zazzle, but that limits you on designs.

    My mom used some photo program at home and printed them herself and had envelopes already so the cost for her for this was nothing unless you want to count the ink cartridges, paper, envelopes, and stamps.
