  Drink juice and lay on your left side. You should feel 10 movements within 2 hours. If not go to l and d/call the doctor.

  If I were you I would be contacting my doctor and not asking The Bump what to do!

  I did that earlier this morn and baby moved 4 times in one hr doc said it was ok but now ive noticed its happening again

  If it concerns you that much I'd call and see what they'd like you to do. And if you can't call just go straight to l and d.

  P.s. if you really think there is something wrong and the drs office is making you feel bad about it, shut them up and shut them down and advocate for yourself. Better safe than sorry, in my opinion

  Thank u ladies... Yes i contacted my doc but they didnt seem to find it a concern... So i went to l&d instead... They did ultrasounds and comes out everything is fine...baby is moving once again... Such a big relief!!!
