Kidney Stones

Hey there ladies, mostly I just want to vent and ask for prayers. I found out yesterday via a kidney ultrasound that I have 2 massive kidney stones (8mm and 11mm) and I've had 3 in the past but never bigger than 4mm. Waiting to hear today from both the urologist and OB what we'll do, but they can't do much until the baby is born. I'm 30 and a half weeks now, so I need this baby boy to grow a while longer! It would be very dangerous if the stones started to move, so we're looking at probably putting stints into my kidneys for 9 weeks.

    Are your kidney stones causing you any pain currently? I had surgery to have one removed at 18 weeks and they had to put a stent in after to keep my kidney from swelling and the stent pain was awful. I couldn't wait to get it out! My prayers are with you momma! Hope all goes well!

    I'm so sorry you have to deal with this. My DH has chronic KS so I can only imagine what you are facing. My prayers are with you. Keep us posted.
