maternity support belt for aches and pains?

I am having constant round ligament and low back pain. Nothing seems to ease the pain. Has anyone tried a maternity support belt? My chiropractor mentioned this to me so I am looking into them. There are so many different ones, was looking for suggestions. Thanks!

I haven't gotten to that point so I haven't researched any of the belts... But, I have seen several things on Pinterest (I have a problem haha) regarding using KT tape for support to ease the aches and pains. It's about $10-$15 bucks and the strips usually last a couple days; might be worth a shot? Good luck!

They may be covered by your insurance so ask your OB for one. My women's health physical therapist swears by them.

I haven't tried a full support belt but I did use a cold back wrap that helped with the pains and did give some support as well. Worth a look into, I know its not quite what you were looking for but this company also sells the tape. I never tried it but it makes sense.

My sister was kind enough to put me into the the Mini cradle by Its You Babe. It totally helps and I'd say it's def worth the pick up
