Am I crazy or is Dr dropping the ball?

Background: baby #3, she has SUA or 2 vessel cord, have weekly bpp and visit since 30 weeks to watch growth.
At my 35 week appt baby weighed 5lbs 6oz. When I went back at 36 weeks baby weighed 5lbs 3oz and was in the 7th percentile for growth. Everything I've heard and read says that if baby is below the 10th percentile should be induced at 37 weeks. My drs set a date for 38+3. I'm so worried something will happen to baby if we wait that long.
So my question is.... Am I crazy or is the Dr dropping the ball?

    Call your doctor and talk to him or her about your concerns.

    Those weight measurements are often quite a bit off, so 3oz isn't really concerning at all - it's probably well within the margin of error.

    I'd definitely express your concerns to your doctor soon. Call and make extra appointments or call their nurses line with a list of questions. 

    In terms of weight measurements, I can tell you firsthand that I don't put much stock in them. They estimated my 1st would be almost 8 lbs and she was 6 lbs 6 oz. They estimated my 2nd would be over 7 lbs and he was 6 lbs 6 oz. 

    I'd be more concerned about monitoring blood flow to cord, etc.
