Milk coming out nose

has anyone experienced milk coming out of their newborns nose? My son is almost 4 weeks and it's happened about 3 or 4 times with both nursing and bottle fed Breast milk. It seems to be delayed

    I have had this happen with both DS (almost 4, when he was an infant) & DD. I find it mostly happens if they have not burped well after eating.

    this is happening with my 5 week old too - it never happened with my first and it really freaked me out. From what I gather, for mine it's a sign that she's super full.

    This happens with my 4 week old. It's usually when she's laying flat on her back. She also makes a lot of noise after eating that sounds like she's trying to clear her throat. Her dr thinks she may have reflux so I burp her and hold her upright for 20 mins after feeding and it helps
