Hoping it's not the flu.

today I have really bad body aches. Mostly in my legs. The kind you get with the flu. I'm hoping it's just muscle soreness from so much activity the last few days. I went on 2 real long walks and had an all day family function yesterday so it's way more activity than I'm use to. I don't have any other flu symptoms. I'm 5 weeks postpartum and had a c-section. Anybody else experience anything similar?

  • It should be the muscle soreness. If you've been more active than usual then thats it! I have your partner/friend give you a massage and youll feel better in no time! I had the same experience except I was changing him on the bed bc i dont have a changing table therefore I had A LOT of back pain. Luckily after getting a massage from my partner and my mom, I felt much better! Good luck!

  • I did last week for a few days Im 5 1/2 weeks pp felt like i was getting the flu i got my first period pp yesterday so maybe it was that or just lack of sleep maybe
