Not as much fetal movement/lowered heartrate

So this is my first pregnancy, baby etc. So every little thing I tend to freak on. However though I've been doing kick count and such I've noticed her kicks aren't as strong, though still frequent, within the last week or so. At my check up today her HR was only 120, she's usually between 145-160 range. I've got a ultrasound in the AM to check size/amniotic fluid and possibly to ensure the cords not around her neck. I'm only 34 weeks and 4 days :-S

Baby's heartrate is normally supposed to fluctuate anywhere between 120-180. I go for nonstress tests twice each week (started at 29 weeks, now I'm 35) where they monitor the heartbeat for a certain period of time. In a healthy baby the heartbeat can vary anywhere between 120-180. Today at my appointment I watched her heartbeat range from 130-170. When I went last week I saw 120-160. Heartrate can be affected by a number of things, especially including activity level. I know when my LO is just chilling her heartbeat usually sits around 120-140. 120 is still in normal range, so try not to worry if your medical team isn't concerned. There's not really a whole lot of room for strong kicks in there right now... lol. As long as you're feeling baby move I wouldn't worry too much about the strength of kicks.

Sounds to me like everything is normal and I'm sure your next appointment will be reassuring. :) keep doing the kick counts and as long as you have movement try not to stress. It's a lack of movement that is concerning at this point.
