  No personal experience here but If you're not Breast feeding you're likely to get your cycle back pretty quick , I would ask your doctor though just to make sure!

  I did with my first about 3 weeks pp
  Its been 5 weeks scince i gave birth natrualy an im aching all iver like imgoing to get them for the last 3 days

  With my first I did around 4 weeks. I think that was also around the time I started supplementing with formula here and there. I know breastfeeding delays your period, so it might just be because of the formula. Definitely normal, but kinda sucks when you realize you have to deal with periods every month again. That's the one thing I loved about being pregnant. Lol

  That sucks. Took me 9 months. I exclusively breastfed till 18 months though, so that helped.

  I don't think it was my period after all. It Only lasted that one day. I think my lochia came back heavier and red because my activity increased. I was almost hoping it was my period so I could get back on some sort of schedule.

  If you want to be on a schedule, you can start the mini pill. Especially if you're not breastfeeding, you can start right away.
