Missed my PIO shot!

Hello ladies. I'm currently 5w2d along after FET. Wednesday evening this week, I missed my PIO injection by nearly 12 hours. I was suppressed before my FET cycle, so I'm not making my own progesterone. Has this happened to anyone else with a good outcome? I'm worried I've ruined everything. I wouldn't be so paranoid, but suddenly my boobs weren't nearly as sore starting Thursday morning.

    I wouldn't think missing it by 12 hrs would make a difference. As for the symptoms, they come and go daily, so try not to let that concern you. GL

    I switched from injections to suppositories and in that process I missed an entire 24 hour period. I am 32 weeks pregnant now :) I think you should be fine, but just keep an eye out for spotting. I'm pretty sure that's an early sign of progesterone deficiency.

    Thank you, ladies. I went to my RE today at 5w5d and I think everything is on track. The yolk sac was barely visible, but the image was grainy in general. I'll go back in four days for another look and they say I should see a heartbeat. My hcg came back at 25,525 which sounds high to me, but my progesterone was good.
