Daily activities

My LO is almost 8 weeks. I feel like during the day we should be doing some kind of activities. She has an activity mat but the problem with that is she is terribly spoiled to being held. I can't hardly do anything myself because I am constantly holding her. She'll lay under that activity mat for just a short time before she gets mad. She has a swing with a mobile above it but that only keeps her happy for a short amount of time too. What other activities could we do, and what tips do yall have for her constant neediness to be held?

    Baby wearing. Get a carrier or wrap of some kind that suits both of you. You can get so much done.
