Non Stress Test

So I have to go to the doctors and have a non stress test tomorrow. He said it is due to my preclampsia and to make sure the baby is getting enough blood flow. He said if it isn't good results that I will have the baby tomorrow. If the results are good he will induce me at 38 weeks...a week from now. Anyone gone through this?

I start them tomorrow too. For my blood pressure. I don't have preeclampsia yet but my bp has been high. Good luck to you!

Just got diagnosed with preeclampsia today. Looking at induction at the end of the week. I has a NST today and have a fetal assessment (ultrasound) on Wednesday.

I am having weekly NST. So far, so good so I am hoping to make it to my scheduled C-section on May 15.

I have NST every week 2x a week bc of previous preterm labor and all they do is monitor the baby and then do a Ultradound to sheik the fluid levels

I have gestational diabetes & preeclampsia ( that they are calling gestational hypertension), anemic, and my baby has Gastroschisis. I had monthly ultrasounds until they transfered my care to a different OB ( an hour away where my hospital with NICU is) I'm 34 weeks and will be induced at 38 weeks unless future NST don't go well.
