Getting sick..at work..

wth do u do? Had two previous pregnancies (both girls) and I have never had morning sickness. I puked on Saturday night from the smell of food being heated up and now it's off and on and I get an intense feeling of I'm going to explode!

Not to mention I'm at work no idea how I can hide it..what do u do when this happens in a public place or at work? FYI it would be different if I told my work but I'm waiting still.

    My sister in law had severe morning/all day sickness for most of her pregnancy. She is a 6th grade teacher and on her feet all day. She said what helped her (especially with smell sensitivity) was carrying around half a lemon in a plastic baggy. She'd just sniff it every now and then and it helped with her naseua. She also nibbled on plain bread or crackers. I haven't been too sick so I haven't tried either of these things, but it worked for her! Good luck, feel better!

    Am I your sister in law?! Just kidding but this is me exactly! 6th grade teacher and I've had severe morning sickness so bad that I've ready been in the hospital hooked up to IVs... I'm still working despite feeling like I can't even wash my hair! I've been throwing up bad at school and the only thing that is helping is sucking on lemons and preggo pop drops!

    I was just letting it go, then realized that the intense vomiting isn't ok! Had to go to the er and get prescribed meds.
    But at work, I sit right near the bathroom and I ALWAYS know when it's empty
