Well this week has started out horrible. Dishwasher has been out for 2 wks. The repair man was supposed to be here this morning to fix it and nothing. Got a call an hr after he was supposed to show and they wanted to reschedule 2.5 more weeks out. Nope. Ive been on the phone with Lowes all afternoon giving them an ear full. Praying we get a new dishwasher. It is only 6mths old.
Hopefully the week improves. I have a friend I met through a mutual love of Twilight who is coming to stay a few days with us. Been several years since I have seen her.
As for children's food? Probably cereal. Love any kind pretty much that is aimed towards kids.

Last week was spring break at K's school, and having her and a cranky baby at the same time all week was intense. Luckily MH is around more now so he helped some.
Food: mac and cheese. Though I guess you could say it's universally appealing.
I had more good days last week than bad, so I'm glad. We're finally learning to adjust to DS's needs. I'm still trying to figure out when to fit in pumping. I tried BF in public and just wasn't comfortable with it, so I'd like to have a small back up stash. I also need to figure out what to do with my rat's nest of postpartum hair. I'm currently leaning towards 'douse in product'.
QOTW: Mac and cheese too, except I can't eat it anymore due to intolerances , so now it's chicken tenders/strips.
@NeonNoon big girl is 3yo, little girl will be 5mo in 5 days. Speaking of hair, mine has started falling out in WADS. I hate that... Last time around it fell out so much I swear I looked I had a receding hairline on one side... It took forever for it to start growing back in that spot. I love my pregnancy hair. So sad to be losing so much of it...
I've been feeling pretty good since delivery, then I overdid things and started getting increased bleeding and cramping. I'm slowing myself down again. I'm bored, and I feel bad that DH is dealing with the toddler all by himself.
I agree with, everyone on Mac and cheese. Another favorite is spaghettios, but only the ones with meatballs
Hi! I haven't been on the boards in a while. My youngest is teething with his 2 yr molars. Why do they take forever? Ugg! Oh and we all got pink eye too. Super fun!
As for kid food, love it all! PB&j has always been a favorite since I was little and still is. (It's all DS1 eats too) Also still love mac&cheese, pizza, Cocoa Puffs, Rice Krispies, chef-boy-r-dee ravioli, jello and pudding. I'm a big kid
@NeonNoon not yet. Supposed to call me back in 2 days after they talk to Frigidare. Hubs was a Lowes store manager for 12yrs. I know how complaints work. You do it enough they will replace. Lord knows he had to for stupid stuff.
My hair started shedding really bad with this last pregnancy. Baby girl is 3mths and it has slowed down some. Thankfully I have thick hair so it isn't so noticeable.

Glad I didn't post yet. I got a very surprising bfp this morning. My mind is whirling. My h did not take it well at all. I am at the dr's office now to rule out a uti (I have a yeast infection. Ugh.) Wanting to hope for the best and hoping my h will come around after we get over the initial shock. He did not want to try again after our loss in January. I'm not sure what to feel right now.
My kid food is probably french fries.

Sorry I've been Mia but my computer completely up and died on me and I am still waiting for it to get fixed. I hate using my tablet to check this but I missed checking in so I figured I'd suck it up.
@Guennie .......yeah!!!!!!!!!! So excited for you and all body parts crossed for you that all will be smooth sailing this time.
I am hoping the computer will finally be fixed tomorrow. Sorry this is so sorry but wanted to say hi
@Guennie I remember when you went thru your loss that your H didn't want to try again. Will be keeping you and him in my thoughts and prayers for a healthy pregnancy and for him to come around.

Thanks guys. It's been very confusing because he said he didn't want to try again but then he wasn't careful every time. I was stressed about it so I tried to tell him when I thought it was a risky time, but my cycle was really difficult to chart this month and I'm not sure when I actually did O. His initial reaction was horrible, he accused me of lying and trying to get pregnant behind his back. I reminded him that I tried to do the right thing and that he wasn't always careful.
He seemed better last night. Hopefully if all goes well with the pregnancy he will come around and eventually feel happy about it. I expected every bit of his initial reaction.
The good news is, I have symptoms. So it feels strong so far. My first ultrasound is in two weeks. Oh, and I do have a uti. Nothing like taking antibiotics, Monistat and progesterone at the same time. Sigh.

My hair isn't falling out yet thank god. I keep waking up with impossibly tangled hair. I'm so embarrassed, it's tied into a bun when I go out
