irratabillity cramping after fall

I went to Labor and delivery because i fell out of the shower. I fell pretty hard and started cramping. They monitered me and they said i had some irratibility cramping that showed up on the monitor. Im 33 weeks pregnant and wondered if i should be concered? I am getting them daily now and its really painful. This is baby number two for me and this is all new.
