Morning sickness

The only thing that seems to help is freeze pops in the plastic sleeve. Hoping they aren't too bad for me. Thank god its summer and they are easy to get a hold of! The kids aren't complaining either. Maybe they will help some of yall.

They seem to be working for me too.. try the lower sugar or sugar free ones

Glad I'm not the only one. I feel like a kid eating them but it helps. Plus I hate water right now so it seems to help with staying hydrated.
