TMI- discharge question

I've been having mucus-like vaginal discharge. It's kinda gross and I don't think it's normal. Mostly just a little bit but last week I had a glob the size of a marble. I, of course, googled it and was then scared about it being my mucus plug. I'll ask my dr about it when I see her Tuesday but I wanted to ask if anyone else has had anything similar? I've had no bleeding, don't have any STDs, nothing smells or anything like that. Sorry about the TMI- like I said, it's gross and kinda weirding me out.

    Your mucous plug will shed and regrow through your entire pregnancy.

    I think a little discharge is okay as long as it isn't green or foul smelling. I've had it with all my pregnancies!

    Was just at OB's office - she said discharge increases for a lot of women during pregnancy. I'm wearing panty liners everyday for the first time ever :)

    I agree with @kelsojohnso my doctor told me to expect mucous discharge to increase even more in the second and third trimesters. I see it coming out of me all the time and always wear panty liners when I exercise. It's a little icky and you are not the only one experiencing this.

    Its likely to be due to the increased estrogen during pregnancy. There is a natural increase in discharge during pregnancy. It is just your body self cleaning to prevent infectìon :-) sounds grim but perfectly normal. If it smells or is an odd colour then get it checked out.

    Ya me too its Gross and smelly but totally normal good 2 know I'm not the only one!
