Hello! I'm due next Sunday April 19th & have been telling my doc about this Syndrome I research, because of all this pain I've been experiencing in my private area. When I looked it up, I got answers from a diagnosis called "Symphysis Pubic Dysfunction" it feels like being kicked in your private when I walk and move around. Research says it's caused by the pelvic bone which is normally aligned, becoming to relaxed and stretchy comparible to early prep for childbirth. My doc says I have to just be patient and wait it out and that I can take pain reliever. He also suggested getting a belly belt to lift my belly off my uterus. Has anyone else experienced anything similar or heard of such thing?
Re: The SPD Blues
It hit early and hard with my 1st baby, so I was in Physical Therapy to learn how to move w/o hurting myself. At this point, you just need to wait it out. It does get better after delivery.

It makes me feel better that I'm not alone on this! Still no sign of my daughter making her appearance yet but I'm hopeful to go on time
and not have to worry about this anymore, Thank you all for the positive feedback and advice!
