Cheeseburgers, hot dogs, chicken potatoes and green beans and marinated chicken! DH is cooking all week because he's the best & I'm the luckiest (and the hungriest)!
Stir fry a couple of nights, with homemade hoisin sauce, and coconut 'rice' (cauliflower rice), and leftover chicken. I'm trying to use the last of my freezer leftovers in the next week or two, so I can make 'fresh' for the first few weeks I'm home with the baby. The weather's warm, so like some bbq burgers with baked potato, and a salad. I'm ok with leftovers, and I'm only cooking for me, so I don't get too fussy.
Tonight was chicken and rice tacos which made enough for either a couple of lunches or leftovers for dinner another night this week. Tomorrow we are having homemade cheeseburgers with tots. Spaghetti one night. Then fried chicken with pasta and broccoli. There was a good sale on chicken, so I got a family pack. Lots of chicken dishes this week, but I can't pass up a sale lol.
