2. I am proud of the last week. I'm on a 3 day running streak (4 if I go today) and I exercised all but one day last week. My meals have been ok, too. Some definite slips (ahem chocolate and beer) but nothing majorly out of control. I am beginning to see the tiny beginnings of ab muscles up by my ribs.
3. My plan: keep the exercise streak going, and keep tracking my meals to make sure I'm getting enough fiber and protein each day. I have been running 5ks with my run tracker to see if I can get through one without taking a walking break. I'm so close!
QOTW:
I like to take DS on nature hikes. He's kind of a home body lately so I'm thrilled whenever he wants to play outside! Yesterday he wanted to "golf" with DH which means putting divets in our yard and dropping golf balls in puddles (DS says "oh no! Your golf ball went into the drink!").
1. I need to work on eating healthier and hopefully losing a little belly fat in the process.
2. Training for a 10 miler in a few weeks while working full time and being primary caretaker when we're home.
3. I started tracking calories and diet with the my fitness pal app and making sure that I'm eating enough protein and not too much carbs. I'm going to keep going with the 10 miler training as well.
I love going on walks with DD. She got a fisher price digital camera for her birthday so I think I may make up a photo scavenger hunt for her to go on around the city.

I am proud that I have now lost 20 lbs since January 12th, and 10 of it in the last 3 weeks.
My plan is to keep doing what I am doing with working out 4-6 times a week and eating low carb by cutting out sugar, bread, pasta and rice.
QOTW: My 7 month old loves going on walks now that he faces outward. We try to take him every chance we get.
