Bump on labia

im 35 weeks and noticed a tiny dark bump on my right labia a few weeks ago. Now there are multiple dark bumps on each side. They are painless and do not look like STFs from the research I've done. Has anyone else encountered this? Could it just be vulvar varicose veins?

    I have vulvar veriscosities and that is how I would describe them. They're painful though.. Full of pressure. Not necessarily when I touch them but just from standing in general.

    Definitely check with your doctor, but I recently learned that skin tags are normal, especially during this stage. Not to be tmi, but I've got them on my armpits, boobs, belly, and a couple other places. Super common to get the in areas of your body that rub together a lot.
