I have recently had a scan and found out that my little man is breech. Just wondered if anyone else was in the same boat? The doctors didn't really explain much, and I just want to be prepared if I'm going to need to change my birth plan?
My baby's totally breeched at 30W. My doctor said she still has plenty of time and room to move around and it's not really a concern until 36 weeks, as PP said. She also said there are certain positions you can try to get your baby to move, specifically child's pose but lifting your butt a little higher. Not sure how effective but worth a try. Good luck
I did some pelvic tilts/inversions for 20-30 minutes a night and baby finally turned after about 2-3 nights of it. I put a few pillows under my butt and just sat there so that its feet would get out of my crotch and give it the opportunity to turn. Can't hurt.

Sorry for the poor man's siggy...ticker won't load regardless of how many tips I read.
I am going through the same exact thing. My Dr. said I should do the exercises and try to get him in the head down position. It has caused me a lot of anxiety. Especially, because everything I read indicateds that a baby could flip many times between now and delivery and I can't tell if he's now in head down position or not...
My first was breech at 33 weeks did an ultrasound and scheduled a c -section or I could have done labour if I wanted too be high risk but she was breech when born. This baby is currently transverse breech and I have a scheduled c section.
I am 32 w 2 d and have a breech baby too. My Doula and midwife gave me exercises from spinning babies for flipping breech babies. They said I will feel it when my baby flips. My question is what will I feel?
@esampson1983 I know when baby was smaller it felt like when your stomach drops on a roller coaster. Baby flipped to vertex for me at 29 weeks so I don't know how it will feel with less space to move around in.

My LO is breech as well at 32w4d, however I will definitely be having a C-section. My amniotic fluid is really low (hence why I am in the hospital and have been for 3 weeks tomorrow) so there is a slim to none chance LO will be able to flip. And I don't qualify for a version due to the low fluid. At least LO is still baking and rocking out with low fluid!
