Definitely do call! There are MANY reasons for bleeding during preg, many of which are benign so try not to stress out, but it always merits looking into it! Let us know what you find out!

A call is a good idea! I had one episode of pink spotting this week but I am contributing it to a fall I took when I tripped on a toy. 20% of complete pregnancies result in 1st trimester bleeding. (I did some research after I spotted!) My doctor says it is around this time the placenta implants into the lining and you can have bleeding from that. You can also have the start of placenta previa (low lying placenta) that can cause bleeding in early pregnancy. Doc says as long as it isn't bright red accompanied by cramping, then you should be fine. I would be lying if I said I haven't been running the bathroom checking every time I feel something though. I am trying to relax and wait for my appointment!
I had spotting with my second baby and I've experienced it this time too. I found out this week I have a hematoma. Nothing too severe but worth knowing about so I can take it easy. I think it's definitely worth a call to your doctor.

Thank you guys. You guys were vey encouraging. I'm gonna go take the second test for the hCG today to see if it rise up, if so, then baby should be okay.
I am also having the same symptoms and called my OB. She said that unless there is enough to see on a pad, it should be ok to wait until the first visit at 8 weeks. I am very anxious about it too, and keep going to the bathroom to check!
