Hubby work shower. How should I do thank yous?

I know a work shower thank you note discussion is already up, but in my situation my DH's coworkers threw him a shower during work hours that I wasn't invited to. I don't care that I wasn't invited, but I'm just saying I wasn't there, and dudes don't really do thank you cards. Should I write individual cards to each person who contributed, or just maybe a single card for the whole company? I'm not really sure what the best way to go about doing this is.

    my co-workers through me a shower (and I think my DH coworkers are thinking of having one for him so I will do the same thing if they do) I made caramel popcorn and packaged them in small bags with ribbon and attached a piece of card stock paper that simply said "Thank You". Everyone loved it and since my caramel popcorn recipes makes so much, it really didn't take much time or effort.
