Baby's head size measuring large?

I had my 34 week appointment the other day and my baby's head is measuring at 37 weeks and 3 days. Have any of you had the same type of measurements? How is delivery? He is sitting breech now, but could flip.

My babys head is also measuring a weeks ahead at the last ultrasound. The Dr didn't seems too concerned. I am concerned for my vagina lol. All jokes aside, his daddy has a huge head so I think his head is normal for him probably. - Loading the player...

Sonogram measurements are so sensitive that if the sonographer clicks just a tiny millimeter in the wrong direction, the size could fluctuate significantly. With my first daughter, the sonogram measurements indicated that my baby was ultimately going to be over 9 pounds. When she came out, she was 7 pounds, 4 ounces. That's quite a difference! I wouldn't get stressed about measurements unless your doctor indicates that there is need for concern. You'll be okay!

My babies head was measuring off as well but you mentioned your baby was breech. Mine is to. I had to see a neonatologist and he said breech babies heads can be off sometimes because they are not flipped in the pelvis yet and it's not causing their head to be squeezed yet. He want concerned at all. I can't remember whether her head was big or small but that was his explaination. Hope that makes you feel a little better. The neonatologist said I wouldn't have to come back to him unless something was picked up on the biophysical profile so I felt better. Hope this helps. -
