I'm cheap and don't want to spend money on a bathing suit. Is it wrong to wear my bikinis? I don't wanna gross anyone out, but I just don't feel like spending money on something I'm literally gonna wear once before my baby is due in July
I got a meshy kind of beach cover up that I can wear even after baby just cause i'd like to protect my belly from getting too much sun but I say if you feel comfy in your bikini with a full belly then rock it! just make sure to keep the belly moisturized with plenty of spf
I found one on sale at Kohl's from Motherhood Maternity that was super cheap; I think it ended up being $15 for both the tankini top and bottom when I combined the sale price with a coupon. Like @erwallace089, my boobs were way too huge during my pregnancy to squeeze into the bikinis I already owned. LOL
Edited: Sorry, just realized this OP was from back in January!
Here's an update. I ended up getting a maternity tankini top. I am still able to fit into my bottoms, so I didn't have to spend money on that. And you girls were right, my boobs got so big in the past few months that they woudln't have been able to fit in my bikini, so I would have had to buy a new one anyway. I didn't gain much weight, but am super self conscious and didn't feel comfortable wearing a bikini top.
