engorged, sore, tender, clogged feeling breasts

I am 33.2 weeks. This is my 2nd pregnancy. Starting last night my breasts have been very very tender, engorged feeling and just very sore. It almost feels as if it did when I was nursing my daughter and had a clogged duct....just that sore pain that goes along with it. Is this normal at this point? I have always had "dried milk" on my breasts in the evenings when I take my bra off since about 18 weeks or so. But had the same with my last pregnancy. I just don't remeber this along with it.

Are your whole breasts sore or just a spot. I remember with my clogged ducts with DD it was usually a point where they were sore. I know they can leak now and that is normal. How long til your next appointment. Maybe bring it up then?

It's my entire right breast is sore and a few smaller spots on my left. My next appt isn't until Next Friday....so over a week away yet. I may just call and ask

I've had the same thing going on. Searing breast pain up into my underarm, just like what would happen when I was nursing and would get a clog. It comes and goes day to day and I just assumed it was my breasts getting ready to nurse again. It has been going on for a few weeks but hasn't progressed past just being painful.

I would just call. That is something that they might be able to answer over the phone, and at least it will ease your mind if its normal.
