Crackers every so often..dont let yourself get hungry, it will make it worse, ginger ale and my midwife recommends vitamin b6

I agree with nmason. Nibble on something every hour or so. It's much worse if you let yourself get hungry. Sometimes even a mint or gum can buy you time.
