    Same boat here. I have a 2 yr old. But I guess people do it all the time. I hear the more kids you have, the easier things seem when you look back.

    DS just turned 3, and thankfully is using the toilet during the day. Sleepy diapers I can live with, but a three year old and a newborn in diapers I don't think I would have an easy time with.
    The only problem I have is DS is still delayed with his speech and can be very difficult with communication.
    I know we will all pull through!

    My LO will be about 3 and 1/2 when this one will be born.  I think that's not a bad gap.  He should be potty trained by then because I'm not planning on changing diapers for two kids!

    My little guy will be 17 months when he or she arrives! He has been going to daycare since 8 weeks, so I am hoping he will be well versed with sharing ...or I'm trying to make myself feel better. I have this overwhelming guilt that he will be sad to share me. He's such a mama's boy!

    Me too!  I have a St. Patrick's day baby, and have a D-Day baby on the way.  Why do my kids like holidays?
    So nervous about managing two.  The first is AWESOME, but she is also very independent, demanding, and physical.  She's already hard to keep up with, at just a year old!!

    We are expecting Baby #2 in December and are very excited! :)  Our daughter will be 3 in June and is potty trained thankfully.
