Increased nipple leakage

in 2nd Trimester
(First Pregnancy) I started leaking small amounts of clear liquid around 17 weeks. I am now 21 weeks along and I have been having episodes of rather large amounts of the still clear liquid (its more frequent at night) leaking. I know its normal and ok to leak a little but I'm just wondering if there a point where its too much.

    the same thing happened to me. my doctor said it'll happen as your breasts are getting ready for milk production. you'll be fine, it's all good. get some nipple pads.
