No Energy

I am almost 17 weeks and I can't seem to want to get out of the bed. Even if I get up with my daughter 2 hours later I'm ready to lay back down.. Please help me with tips to overcome this feeling!!!

I find a workout helps, but only briefly. I wish I had this 2nd trimester energy people speak of.
