You'll appreciate this. We already know the nurses/receptionists at my Dr's office are completely incompetent. So, anyway, I call today to set up an appt to go in and talk with my Dr about what the plan is this cycle and get my Clomid prescription. The lady who I'm talking to says, "Oh, it looks like I have an opening on Wednesday next week." *smacks forehead* I kindly clue her in to the fact that I need to start my Clomid on day 5, and Wednesday would be day 7. Idiot. Anyway, I have an appt Friday! Woohoo!
Re: Those dealing with IF issues...
I hate stupid people.
Glad you got your appt
You'd think they'd have to take a introductory course or something... lol
Seriously not a bad idea! I had the nurse tell me to come in on Day 3 after we had a 10 minute conversation about PCOS and how I'm anovluatory .... Um, I would love to know what day CD3 is Lady!
LMAO- what a fvcking idiot!
Oh man, what an idiot!
My OB's office was this bad -- but my RE's staff is great. Half the time I just leave a message for a nurse and she calls me back and schedules everything herself. But even the front office staff is competent at the RE!
I'm giving my OB about 6 months to get me KU... then we'll go to an RE. It would be OOP for us, and we really can't afford it. So I'm hoping my OB can get me KU- we have two that specialize in IF, and they're able to go all the way through doing IUI, so, we'll see. If we need IVF, then we'd definately have to find another dr.
Tonya -- we're 100% OOP as well. It sucks.
I hope your OB gets the job done!
