Breakfast Mommy Fail

My ten month old slept a bit later than usual so after I got him changed and into his high chair he was ready for food asap. I tried our usual trick of tiding him over with some cheerios in front of him but he wasn't having any of it, he wanted his real food now. I'm frantically making scrambled eggs and hashbrowns at the stove when morning sickness kicks in and then I'm basically curled over gagging while trying to reach out and stir things with my little one melting down in his chair. Great start lol
We now have both gotten some food in us but I'll have to think of things that are substantial, quick, and involve less stove time for both of us =]

Oh no :( You poor thing! My DS is 17 months old and he still gets baby oatmeal cereal And milk with puréeed fruit for breakfast. This way I can add in his multivitamin to the oatmeal without him knowing. He loves it and
I don't plan on changing his breakfast until his pedi tells me I should. I give him eggs for breakfast only maybe once a week. For you, I heard jello is good for first thing in the morning. Apparently It coats your stomach.
