How to keep pregnancy a secret with all the doctors appointments??

I'm a teacher, and my doctors office hours are basically the same as my school hours. I had a MMC in early September, so I want to wait until after the ultrasound before even beginning to share the news. But my doctors office has me come to several appointments back to back (confirmation of pregnancy, blood work and prenatal counseling, then 8/9 week ultrasound). I have no idea how I'm going to make 3 doctors appointments without spoiling the beans... Any ideas? What have yall told your jobs?

    Annual check up is what I was telling everyone before I announced it..

    I am a teacher too and pregnant after a mmc. I told my principal and told her not to tell anyone. That way she knew why I needed the time off. I told my coworkers I had appointments and didn't go into it. Luckily none of them asked.
