dumb water question :\

So i have trouble holding water down and am working on keeping 8-10 glasses down. Putting in the flavor juice things or packets will still count as water intake right like the fruit punch koolaid squirts? I wasn't sure if it would have to be plain water to count as water intake. :\

  • Lemonade worked wonders for me.. This pregnancy tea is fantastic too just have to have lots of ice in everything!
  • True Lemon or True Lime packets are great. All it is is crystallized lemon or lime and one packet equals one wedge of fruit. I keep them with me all the time because I know I won't drink the plain water. There's no sugar or artificial sweeteners which is awesome.
  • I try to avoid dyes and sugar as much as possible, but really the bottom line is staying hydrated - so juice, lemonade, lemon water... whatever you can keep down!
  • Lol this isn't a dumb question, I was thinking the same thing yesterday and was relieved to see it already posted. I've been putting lemon in my water and it helps, I also bought two of those kool aid squirt things. One watermelon and one cherry, I put both in a 16 oz bottle of water and it taste like the watermelon cherry koolaid mix. Helps a lot.
  • Dasani sparkling lime water in the can is my favorite!!! I drink it all day long.
  • My doc said the only thing that doesn't count are caffeinated drinks and to watch the sugar amount. Personally I like cutting up fruits (strawberries, oranges, lemons, mixed berries, etc.) and adding them to a water bottle I carry around and refill all day. Tasty and no added sugar :)
